He started his journey in Delaware before relocating to Florida, where he transitioned into masonry. Through countless hours laying block and mastering the craft, Jeff built his expertise

Jeff  began his career in construction at just 15 years old, entering the sheet metal trade with aspirations of becoming a machinist. He started his journey in Delaware before relocating to Florida, where he transitioned into masonry. Through countless hours laying block and mastering the craft, Jeff built his expertise from the ground up. He later went on to own and operate Palm Beach Masonry, further establishing his reputation for quality workmanship. Starting at the very foundation of the industry gave him firsthand experience in the physical demands, precision, and discipline required to build structures the right way.

Through years of hands-on work and dedication to mastering his craft, Jeff developed a deep understanding of every phase of the construction process. His experience in the field became the foundation for what would eventually grow into SouthEast Coastal Builders, Inc. 

As Founder and Owner, Jeff leads with the same work ethic and commitment to quality that shaped his early years in the industry. His leadership is rooted in integrity, attention to detail, and a belief that strong relationships and solid craftsmanship are the cornerstones of lasting success. 

Jeff has held his General Contractor’s license for over 20 years, leading projects with a commitment to excellence and accountability. As the company has grown, he has also focused on building strong leadership from within — including bringing Logan on as Managing Partner, creating new opportunities for growth and continuing to strengthen the future of the business.

Logan Putnam is the Managing Partner of Southeast Coastal Builders, where he leads the company’s vision, project strategy, and client experience from concept through construction.

Logan Putnam is the Managing Partner of Southeast Coastal Builders, where he leads the company’s vision, project strategy, and client experience from concept through construction.

From a young age, Logan was drawn to building and design. As a child, he spent countless hours constructing complex LEGO sets and experimenting with ways to modify and improve them. That early curiosity evolved into a deeper interest in engineering, structural systems, and how things are designed and built.

Logan later attended the University of Central Florida to pursue a degree in Aerospace Engineering, driven by his fascination with engineering and technical problem-solving. During that time, however, an opportunity arose to step into the world of residential construction and help manage the development of custom homes. Recognizing the chance to apply his engineering mindset to the built environment, Logan chose to pursue this path and has since dedicated himself to the craft of building homes.

At Southeast Coastal Builders, Logan works closely with homeowners, architects, and consultants to ensure every project begins with a strong foundation of planning and communication. He places a heavy emphasis on pre-construction, believing that thoughtful preparation is what ultimately leads to a smoother build and a better finished home.

Logan views the role of a builder as more than simply constructing a house. His approach is to act as an advisor throughout the process — helping clients navigate design decisions, budgets, and construction realities so they can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Based in South Florida, Logan leads Southeast Coastal Builders with a commitment to professionalism, transparency, and craftsmanship in every project the company undertakes.

 I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree, but my education in construction started long before that. I grew up watching my father build SouthEast Coastal Builders, Inc. from the ground up. Seeing the dedication, long hours, and commitment to quality that went into growing this company gave me a deep appreciation for the industry and the values it represents.

I serve as the Office Manager for SouthEast Coastal Builders, Inc., where I oversee the daily administrative operations that keep our projects running smoothly. My role includes coordinating schedules, managing client communications, overseeing contracts and documentation, supporting accounting processes, and ensuring compliance with licensing and permitting requirements. I work closely with our team, subcontractors, and clients to maintain organization, efficiency, and clear communication at every stage of a project.

Being part of this company is incredibly personal to me. As part of a family-owned business, I understand the responsibility that comes with carrying on what my father worked so hard to build. Being young motivates me to work even harder, prove myself through dedication and professionalism, and continue raising the standard of excellence our company was founded on.
